The Five Channels of Engagement are embodied in the Central Florida Chapter’s core programs—Economic Empowerment Series, Leaders of Tomorrow, and MBA: Applied—by offering targeted opportunities for growth and development.
- Economic Empowerment Series strengthens career readiness and community impact by providing practical financial literacy, business strategies, and wealth-building skills.
- Leaders of Tomorrow fosters leadership and personal growth for high school students, helping them develop academic excellence, professional skills, and a sense of community responsibility.
- MBA: Applied channels career readiness and professional development by connecting MBA students and professionals to real-world experiences, enhancing leadership and business acumen.

Economic Empowerment Series (EES) is our flagship professional development program. The leadership speaker series is comprised of the monthly professional and annual Leadership Workshops. EES events provide leading-edge content on the most important business topics of the day.
Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) is our high school mentoring and professional development program designed to expand the cadre of Central Florida lack students who plan to attend college. Through monthly workshops, mentoring, and business case development series. This program teaches basic acumen and seeks to provide select students with the tools necessary to be successful in their collegiate endeavors. Scholarship opportunities are also available for qualified LOT Alumni Students attending any college.
MBA: Applied is our hands-on, experiential problem-solving and tactical learning through the study of business cases and apprenticeship-style workshops intended to focus on the needs of our members and will address their career and professional development needs. This program is designed to leverage the talents of chapter members to provide complimentary consulting services to local minority-owned small business owners, while performing business analysis over the course of six months. Our expectation is that through our efforts we are able to improve the success rate of minority-owned businesses in the Central Florida area, help improve the economic condition of our community.

Our Entrepreneur Showcase highlights the dynamic businesses of our talented members, promoting their ventures, sharing their journeys, and fostering connections with the community. From innovative startups to established enterprises, participants represented diverse industries, including consulting, creative agencies, legal services, call centers, photography, wellness, and technology solutions.
“Who’s Hiring Now!” program connects employers and job seekers through real-time job interviews, offering a direct pathway to employment opportunities. This initiative bridges the gap between talent and employers, providing members exclusive access to hiring managers. “Who’s Hiring Now!” exemplifies the chapter’s commitment to creating impactful networking opportunities and supporting members in advancing their careers.
We offer scholarships to support leaders at all levels:
